Unique CNC tappet plate for mechabox SR25. This tappet plate, unlike the others, is made by CNC milling from a piece of Ertacetel - C (Pom). This material is very durable, flexible and has tremendous endurance under high stress. It is the ideal material for this type of high stress mechabox part. The main advantage of the CNC milled tappet plate in particular is the absolute straightness of the front part of the tappet plate (see photo) where the nozzle is. This eliminates the tuning of the correct length of the nozzle compared to standard tappet plates made by injection moulding plastic into a mould.

Standard tappet plates made by injection molding have a shape deformation in the critical front part, and the angle is negative or positive. This requires tuning the correct nozzle length. This is exactly the case when some users wonder why they have to use different length nozzles on the same gun (it's one of the main reasons). The CNC tappet plate solves this problem perfectly.
