Terms of complaint
Before confirming receipt of the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check whether the consignment shows signs of damage during transport. If so, then he is obliged to further check whether the goods in the consignment have really been damaged. The buyer is obliged to immediately inform both the carrier (by making an entry in the receipt of the consignment) and the seller about any damage to the goods during transport, but no later than within three working days of receipt of the goods. The buyer has the right not to accept the damaged shipment.

The buyer is obliged to inspect, test and inspect the goods delivered by the seller without undue delay. In case of detected defects, the buyer is obliged to inform the seller about these defects by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or in-person (at the branches listed in the "Contacts" section) no later than three days after receipt of the goods.
If a complainable defect arises on the delivered goods or the buyer requests an exchange, the buyer can file a return in person (at the branches listed in the "contacts" or by e-mail (email@example.com). Goods that have been sent to the buyer by transport service or Czech Post MUST be sent to a correspondence address. If the buyer complains about the goods by sending a transport service (We do not recommend sending by Czech Post) - (we recommend a return code 93400006 for sending a package via Zásilkovna.cz /packeta.com/, in case of exchanging goods or return goods a fee of CZK 139 is charged)

If the shipment is sent to another address, the shipment will not be accepted (the shipment will be returned to the buyer) and the complaint will not be further processed.
Complaints are handled according to the law within 30 days. If possible, sooner. The speed of handling the complaint depends on the completeness of the delivered documents such as cover letter (complete address, telephone number) and sales document, send all documents in a copy, they will not be returned.
We recommend the submission of a valid invoice or other replacement proof of sale or a duly completed valid warranty card together with the claimed goods in order to settle the complaint. Tax document - we send the invoice and the confirmed warranty card in the shipment together with the goods, if the warranty card is not part of the shipment, it replaces the tax document.
The claimed goods must always be handed over in full, including the related documentation, and we also recommend the delivery of packaging for possible dispatch. Additional accessories must be removed from the goods before being handed over for repair. Failure to comply with these conditions does not guarantee that this will cause a defect or function that could not be tested or damage the goods during transport, handling and storage, as well as any loss of additional accessories.
Depending on the type of defects and under the conditions stipulated by generally binding legal regulations, in particular, Act No. 40/1964 Coll., The Civil Code (§619 - 627) and Act No. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code, as amended and additions, the buyer has the opportunity, within the applicable wording of the laws, to demand in particular that the defective goods be repaired or replaced with new goods, or may withdraw from the purchase contract and demand a refund of the purchase price. The implementation of these provisions is specified in accordance with these laws in point X. of these Complaints Rules.
The seller does not accept liability for damage resulting from the operation, functional properties and damage due to improper use of products or non-compliance with warranty conditions, as well as damage caused by external events, incorrect handling and insufficient or incorrect maintenance (or service). If the buyer decides to install any mechanical parts of the gearbox, eg: gears, gear assemblies, pistons, piston heads, springs, mandrels, gearbox bodies, bearings .... We are not responsible for such assembly and possible damage to other parts of the weapon. In the case of our own unprofessional assembly of mechanical parts, we do not accept liability for damage caused by the unprofessional assembly. In the case of unprofessional assembly (meaning if the part is not assembled by our service) by the buyer, the buyer loses the warranty on the mechanical parts. The warranty can be applied if the part was assembled by our service. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty. Complaints must be made as soon as possible for functional defects of the goods sold, which will appear immediately after purchase.
The warranty conditions are defined in the instructions for use and the warranty card of the goods. If, due to its nature, the goods are not equipped with special instructions for use and a warranty card, the warranty conditions defined on the tax document - invoice apply to them. For consumer goods, the warranty expires with their use (balls, gas, chemical lights,…). Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period (liability for defects) is 2 years from the date of sale. The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects of the goods and does not cover its service life or operational wear.
Defective goods will be removed by repairing the product (replacing the defective part), if this is not possible or economical, then by replacing the product with a product of the same type. Replacement for a product of another type is only possible with the customer's consent. In the event of an irreparable defect, or in the event of repeated occurrence of the same manufacturing defect (defects caused by operational wear and tear, as well as other defects not covered by the warranty are not considered recurring defects), to exchange the product or to refund the price paid. The repair of a defective part of the goods can be performed by replacing this part with the same part, a part of a newer production design or a part with similar or better parameters so that the functionality of the repaired goods is restored. The warranty period does not include the time from the claim to the time when the customer took over the goods after the repair or until he was obliged to take over the goods. The customer is obliged to take over the goods within 14 days of receiving information about the completion of the repair, after this date it is also possible to charge storage for the stored product. The storage fee is charged in the amount of CZK 20 / day of storage after the expiration of the period of 14 days from the notification of the need to take over the product. If the goods are exchanged, then the exchanged goods will have a warranty period of 24 months from the time of exchange.
Before the first handling, read these operating instructions carefully to avoid the possible risk of injury or damage to the weapon due to improper handling. It is forbidden to visibly carry and use the weapon in places freely accessible to the public. Never issue this weapon as sharp, especially in connection with a threat to another person, as this would expose you to the risk of criminal punishment, or you may fall victim to the victim's legal defensive action, even using a firearm.
