For both systems, all you have to do is insert the magazine into the housing and secure it. Thus, the magazine is perfectly fixed in the housing. There is no risk of losing it during fast movement. This keeps it firmly attached in the housing even during sudden position changes. You can also rely on it when running or moving fast over obstacles.
