The detachable case for the first aid kit with the MOLLE platform is delivered empty, without medical equipment.

Based on the operational requirements and according to the relevant regulations, the contents can be supplemented with other items, eg autoinjector, drugs (analgesic, antibiotic in starting doses), lubricant, trauma scissors, patches, etc. Our case is ready for all this.
