Correct care:

Thanks to the correct care, you can preserve the knife in perfect condition. The knife can be washed in the dishwasher, yet we recommend cleaning it in hand. Use water and dish soap right after using the knife. If you leave the knife unwashed for a longer period of time, salty and acid traces of the food will leave stains.
If washed in a dishwasher, make sure, that the knife doesn't touch any metal in the basket. From the long-term point of view, there can be a change of colour and rust appearance on the blade.
