Hop-Up chamber for M249 - 2. GEN (CNC made) Precision Type (moRRisCZ) - EPeS

- successfully tested in CA, AK and M249 in combination with 30 and more types of hop-up rubbers (Falcon, Systema, A +, CA, AT, GD, MB, Element, RA, Guru, ICS, GP, MapleLeaf, JBU, PDI, SHS… from each manufacturer in all available hardnesses) - in most cases the tests achieved a performance exceeding the spring force by 10 m / s, even higher (without sealing the chamber and further tuning)
- recommended nozzle length 21.4-22 mm (depending on the internal configuration of the gearbox - feeder arm, cylinder head, piston wheel cams ensuring a higher nozzle stroke…) - optimal length 21.7 mm

main advantages of the product:
- high quality and accuracy of production, used strength dural 7075 T6 (not anodized to maintain high production tolerances and sufficient surface hardness)
- Sophisticated inner shape for the hop-up rubber collar
- fixation of the inner barrel by means of 4 blunt screws (in contrast to the standard fixation by means of a lock, it allows axial displacement of the barrel - better seating of the hop-up rubber and slight axial correction of the barrel)
- adjusted position and size of ball feed hole (higher compatibility)

The hop-up chamber allows individual settings, which can help eliminate manufacturing inaccuracies of some parts and weapons of Chinese production and brings a few user benefits:

    possibility to define the clearance of the chamber in the gearbox using the enclosed o-rings (2 different sizes)
    removable / replaceable pin securing the chamber in torsion, if necessary it is packed longer (to remove it is enough to heat with a hot air gun or hair dryer) - some M249 has this problem, due to different dimensions and placement of the part providing feeding bbs to the chamber - into which the chamber fits, resp. the pin described above
    3 pcs of pressure rollers (various lengths 4.2-4.7 mm)
    bonus worm ensuring a more perfect chamber in torsion - for M249 which are assembled with a fixed outer barrel (can not be removed quickly, the barrel is screwed with longer screws on the side of the body) - the worm is screwed into a thread in the upper part of the chamber - in some cases guns
    groove allowing partial fixation of the chamber and the inner barrel in the barrel housing, hence the outer barrel - for M249, which are assembled with a removable outer barrel (chamber with the inner barrel after removing the outer barrel from the body of the weapon in place)
