Metal body CNC for M4 / AR15 - C (Black) - RetroArms

The CNC receiver (body) type C has a real model in the AR15 (M4) real firearm. The CNC body is made of the strongest aviation duralumin block EN AW 7075 T651, which has higher tensile strength (590MPa) than ordinary structural steel (390MPa). Thanks to the material used, the body has several times longer life-span than a conventional zinc colite body. The production of a CNC body is very time consuming and requires a large amount of material. Compared to zinc colite, the CNC duralumin body is significantly reinforced on the sides, it is very robust, resistant to breakage and, thanks to the usable material EN AW 7075 T651, it is also very light. Due to amplification, it is not possible to exchange Upper or Lower for Upper and Lowery from other manufacturers. The RIS bar MIL-STD-1913 is milled on the Upper.

The pull lever can be used from the original weapon, or a fixed pull lever, which loses the effect of reality, but it no longer happens to be lost or will hang on the spring, or use a custom pull lever from our offer. The cartridge reflector and breech stop are milled together with Upper from one piece of aircraft duralumin EN AW 7075 T651. The Upper also has a dust cover on the spring, which is closed by default but can be easily flipped open to access the pressure in the Hop-Up chamber. The thread for screwing the handguard nut is standard and it should not be a problem to install a forearm of all types from different manufacturers.

The Lower is also milled from a solid block of aviation duralumin EN AW 7075 T651 and is significantly reinforced so that it cannot be broken. It is best to install a CNC split gearbox V2 with an integrated Hop-Up chamber, or a CNC gearbox V2, or a gearbox from another manufacturer, but in this case, we cannot guarantee full compatibility and it may be necessary to make minor adjustments. To remove the "metallic sound" during shooting, we recommend glueing the enclosed rubber blanks into pre-milled pockets, into which the gearbox rests and the resonance of the material is removed.

Both Lower and Upper are connected by special wedge pins, which push against each other with a wedge and both parts of the body are wedged into each other. This removes gaps, but especially the clearance we know from zinc bodies. Thanks to the wedge pins, the high strength of the EN AW 7075 T651 material and the precision of production, the two halves of the body are perfectly connected after screwing in the pins. The wedge pins are tightened with screws, and the more the screws are tightened, the more the pins open. It is not necessary to use great force. Likewise, the centre pin is secured with a screw, so there is no risk of loss.

The stock is attached using a special reducer, which can be exchanged for other types, eg with QD mounting for the strap. Any standard AR15 (M4) stock can be attached to the reducer. The stock can be installed with any AR15 (M4) made in the Tokyo Marui standard.
