Perun V3 Opctical is an electronic circuit that replaces the standard mechanical contacts in the version 3 gearbox. The electronic component works on the principle of a MOSFET transistor. With this component, your replica gets many new features.

The Perun V3 Optical does not have a single moving part, thanks to the use of optical sensors that detect movement - the trigger, the center wheel, and the switch.

Using a microcontroller adds new possibilities to your replica, in the form of setting different shooting modes. These can be mistaken for the classic "SEMI and" AUTO "modes.

The programming of these functions, including the activation and deactivation of the active brake, pre-tensioning mode and battery protection, is performed using the trigger and switching the firing mode. All these sequences are very easy to remember and thanks to that they can be changed even under enemy fire.

One of the most important functions is the already mentioned pre-tensioning mode. The excellent response of the trigger can decide how many times between winning and losing, especially in CQB. When the pre-tension mode is activated, the piston will always remain in the extended position, ensuring that each shot will be an instant response to the trigger being pressed. The microcontroller uses data obtained from an optical sensor that monitors the position of the center wheel. Thanks to this, a clever algorithm is able to calculate the exact value of energy needed to pre-pull the piston to the desired position. This feature also works for assemblies with very high cadence, even on all adjustable firing modes.

Perun V3 optical is equipped with an active brake that allows you to stop the engine after each shot. In the case of double shots for replicas with a very high cadence, this is the perfect solution if the user does not wish to use the pre-stretch option. The active brake also prevents unnecessary spring wear. The active brake can be activated and deactivated in a few seconds.

Battery protection is designed for Li-Po batteries. In the event that the battery voltage begins to fall below the values ​​that are critical for Li-pol batteries, the user will be notified by a short beep every 30 seconds. This feature can be disabled.

Double shot mode, also known as binary trigger. After activating this mode, the replica fires not only when the shutter button is pressed but also when it is released.

Thanks to the use of an extremely durable MOSFET, the V3 optical can be used for assemblies with the strongest springs. The maximum cadence is 50 RPS.
