PDiK HPA konverze pro SVD A&K - ManCraft

Semi-automatic HPA kit for the manual version of SVD.

The set is made mainly of aluminium and steel, by precise CNC machining.

The set contains:

• HPA set of the air cylinder, nozzle and PDiK mechanism
• Trigger motion transmission
• Kit anchor bolts
• 4mm air hose approx. 130 cm long
• Mandrel for the closing spring.

The set allows conversion from manual SVD to semi-automatic. Thanks to the great potential of the HPA set and the long barrel, a very accurate and powerful sniper rifle can be obtained. In the basic SVD, we worked during testing with a muzzle velocity of 120-190 m / s, working pressure of 8-15 bar. Higher results can be achieved by using a tight barrel and a better hop-up chamber. The potential of HPA sets can be up to 240 m / s at maximum pressure.

When disassembling the set, the length of the nozzle can be set for different hop-up chambers. The factory setting corresponds to the basic hop up chamber from A&K.

You can improve the set and the whole set with EPeS quick couplings and hoses. You will need an HPA regulator and a cylinder or a CO2 reduction to operate the kit.

Build:

1. Remove the breech cover from the SVD, remove the trigger mechanism, unscrew the bolts from the mandrel and remove the mandrel, spring, piston and catch. The weapon should be prepared as in Figure A
2. Consider taking the HPA tube out of the weapon (though the stock, or under the breech, this decision is up to the user) The easiest way out is through the breech cover. Therefore, we grind a sufficiently large hole in the cover. See. picture B.
3. Finally, we remove the cylinder with the head. Because with the PdiK SVD kit it is not possible to regulate the hop-up mechanism without disassembly, we recommend drilling a hole for hex access at the end. The access position is shown in Figure C.
4. Now remove the side pins of the trigger mechanism and remove the piston catch. Instead, insert two nylon parts according to figure D, which transmit the movement of the trigger to the opening button of the PdiK set.
5. Insert the empty breech back into the weapon, then slide the PdiK set into the breach. Fix it in the body with the enclosed Allen screws. Connect the enclosed hose to the set and take it out. The resulting view is shown in Figure E.
6. Put the trigger mechanism, now modified, into the weapon from below. The fuse will not work due to the absence of a piston grip. Figure F
7. Screw the original mandrel onto the enclosed breech pin, insert it into the weapon with spring and screw it to the upper part of the PdiK set using a small Allen key. Figure G.

9. Now all you have to do is test the whole set. If you are leaking air somewhere, first try to relieve the pressure on the regulator, then check the connection of the hoses and the possible use of the trigger mechanism. In case of complications, do not hesitate to contact our information centre.
