Quality ball bearings with flange. The bearing is not encapsulated, therefore larger balls are used in the bearing and the bearings are suitable up to the spring force M130. We recommend plain bearings for stronger springs. The inner holes are 3 mm in diameter, which is standard on all gears. We recommend lubricating the bearings heavily with Vaseline.
